How can I book a transportation service with QCS?
You can easily book through our website, via WhatsApp, via email or by calling our customer service. Just let us know the date, number of passengers, and destination. |
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation at any time, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 48 hours ahead, especially during high season or on weekends, to ensure availability and a smooth travel experience. |
Can I modify my reservation after it's confirmed?
Yes, you can make changes up to 48 hours before the trip. Just contact us as soon as possible
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments via secure links, bank transfers, SINPE Móvil (Local), and cash.
Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
You can reserve with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, we refund 80% of the amount paid. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours are non-refundable.
What happens if my cruise cancels its arrival?
If your cruise ship cancels its stop at the Port of Limón, you will receive a full refund. We understand that changes in cruise itineraries are beyond your control, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and hassle-free experience for our clients.
What do I need to bring to board the transportation?
You only need your ID or passport (for foreigners) and your booking confirmation.
Are there special requirements for minors?
Yes. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Can I bring extra luggage or large items?
Yes, but please let us know in advance to ensure there’s enough space available.
What kind of vehicles do you use?
We operate a modern fleet of fully licensed and insured vehicles, ranging from 15-passenger vans to 52-passenger buses. All our units are equipped with air conditioning and designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and reliable travel experience. We adapt to the size of your group and the type of experience you’re planning. If your group is small, that’s no problem, you’ll simply join the tour with other travelers. However, if you prefer a more exclusive experience, we also offer private transportation options upon request. |
Are there stops during the trip?
Yes, we make scheduled stops for rest, meals, or basic needs depending on the trip.

Tour Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum requirement of six confirmed participants. In such cases, guests who have already booked will receive a full refund. Tours will not be cancelled due to weather conditions, except in the case of force majeure, such as natural disasters, road closures, or orders issued by a government authority. |
